Use of X Reach Lab
X Reach Lab is a workflow and planning tool for people who want to use X more intentionally. It helps users plan posts, review synced account activity, keep notes, and make reasonable decisions from their own signal. X Reach Lab is a rubric-based planning tool. It does not predict or simulate X’s production algorithm.
Account access and responsibility
You are responsible for the X account you connect, the accuracy of the information you provide, and any activity that occurs through your authorized access to X Reach Lab. Keep your account access secure and contact us if you believe your access has been compromised.
X/Twitter account connection
X Reach Lab uses your authorized X account connection as your account identity. The service may use that authorization to identify your account and sync supported account data needed for the product.
Read-only access
X Reach Lab uses read-only X authorization. It does not post to X on your behalf, send your drafts to X, or scrape timelines. Any post or reply you publish is made by you outside of X Reach Lab.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid access may be offered through a subscription. Prices, plan details, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment information is handled by Stripe; X Reach Lab does not store full card numbers.
Acceptable use
Do not use X Reach Lab to break the law, violate platform rules, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse other people. We may limit or end access when use is harmful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these terms.
No guarantee of growth or results
X Reach Lab can help organize work and highlight reasonable patterns in your own activity, but it cannot guarantee followers, reach, revenue, impressions, engagement, or any other result.
Limitation of liability
X Reach Lab is provided as a practical planning tool. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, X Reach Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost business, lost data, lost profits, or platform account outcomes.
Changes to the service
The service may change over time as features are added, adjusted, or removed. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
